By making a step and a chair, we created a decision point for people, near the exit. They either speed up their exit using the steps or they will decide to stay for longer by sitting on the chair and enjoy the view.

Details
A: The third leg of the stool works as a connection point with the log. They joined together with metal rods but kept a gap in between to respect each other’s identity and also leaving enough space for both materials to breath.
B: The two timber surfaces were connected with the same metal rods and still leave a gap between step and banister.
